Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse Coordinator Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Lockhart, TXMust Have Forklift Experience

Schedule:

40 hours per week with set days off Benefits:

** Essential Functions
** A Warehouse Coordinator at Ziegenfelder is responsible for the following:
** Must have forklift experience**.
** Receiving Raw Materials
*** Inspect incoming trucks and follow established SOPs for receiving and storage
* Accurately receive materials into the WMS system
* Record all receipts in the receiving log and submit monthly reports to Finance
* Ensure all raw materials are properly labeled
* Record and track lot numbers (e.g., sticks)
* Verify all receiving paperwork is complete, signed, and matches delivered materials; submit documentation to the appropriate personnel
* Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule and manage incoming deliveries
** Inventory Management (Warehouse & Systems)
*** Maintain appropriate par levels within the warehouse
* Ensure accuracy of inventory by updating and maintaining WMS and inventory worksheets
* Support end-of-month (EOM) inventory processes
* Review production schedules at least one week in advance; proactively communicate potential shortages or issues
* Move raw materials from the warehouse to production daily, as needed, to support operations
** Communication & Operations Support
*** Communicate daily activities and updates to the Freezer Manager, freezer staff, purchasing, and operations teams
* Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery scheduling
* Provide support across warehouse, freezer, and shipping functions as needed.###
