Our professionals will mainly focus on consulting clients on their tax matters and occasionally assist with other value-added services.

We are looking for a senior tax accountant to join our team. This person must be an energized professional who seeks greater responsibility and has outstanding customer skills. Strong soft skills such as communication, active listening and leadership are very important, as you will often be a primary client contact. You should be able to think strategically but also roll up your sleeves to execute.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field (required). CPA, Masters in Tax, Accounting or MBA preferred.
• Proven skills in minimizing tax liabilities of individuals, businesses, estates and trusts through effective tax planning and preparation of returns. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a curiosity to dive into tax/accounting issues and resolve them.
• Identify and communicate ideas to improve client service and opportunities to expand services with clients.
• Assist clients with multi‑state income and/or sales tax matters.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve firm culture and staff development and retention.
• Strong organizational skills. Must be able to take ownership of multiple projects, set priorities, and manage time and budgets.
• Experience with relevant software applications;
  Ultra Tax preferred.

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Consultant to support small and mid‑sized businesses, business owners, investors, and lenders. As an advisor, you will assist with or manage financial closes, financial statement preparation, research and resolution of accounting issues, recommend opportunities to improve financial processes, prepare projections and perform other assignments requested by our clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. CPA or MBA preferred.
• Proven history of excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to dive into tax/accounting issues and resolve them.
• Analyze accounting problems, recommend and implement solutions. Require knowledge of accounting principles and systems and the ability to coordinate, organize and direct the recording of accounting information. Develop and/or improve current accounting processes and procedures.
• Create models to assist clients with budgeting, cash flow projections and other analysis.
• Prepare client financial statements and financial analysis. May assist with due diligence matters on occasion.
• Identify and promote business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills. Must be able to take ownership of multiple projects, set priorities, and manage time and budgets.

We are looking for an individual with 2–6+ years of progressive experience in a high client service environment, processing multiple complex annual tax returns and possessing a strong background in accounting. An undergraduate degree in accounting or finance and strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must. This role may occasionally involve value‑added projects such as business valuations, cash flow forecasting or interim financial management.

• Identify and communicate ideas to improve client service and opportunities to expand services with clients.
• Possess executive presence; need to be able to be primary contact for the client, prepare and present presentations to clients and potential clients.
• Ability to communicate in Polish desired.
