Position Overview Customer Support Supervisor / Office Manager
Location: Lockport, IL
Schedule: Full Time
Reports To: President and Chief Operating Officer
We are looking for an organized and proactive Customer Support Supervisor / Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer support.
In this role, you will oversee daily customer service activities, manage office operations, coordinate recruiting and interview scheduling, and provide administrative support to executive leadership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction, operational coordination, and organizational leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to contribute to multiple areas of the organization
Supervise daily responsibilities of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex service issues.
Serve as backup customer support during high-volume periods or staff absences.
Respond to customer inquiries primarily via email in a professional and timely manner.
Work with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved and followed through to completion.
Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized and efficient workplace.
Maintain and improve office systems, workflows, and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the COO including scheduling, project coordination, and document management.
Assist with candidate sourcing and resume screening.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Excel and related tools.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agendas and follow-up communication.
Help ensure clear communication and alignment across departments.
5–10 years of experience in office management, administrative support, customer service supervision, or operations support
.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
