Job Summary

The Front Office/Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, informing customers of products/services offered, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Provide a wide variety of administrative support to multiple managers and departments.
  • Ability to handle various administrative duties such as answering telephones, taking messages, filing, order entry and point of sale transactions.
  • Operate office equipment such as computers, copiers and phone systems.
  • Develop customer knowledge base and relationships with all customers. Must understand and abide by various customer requirements.
Qualifications
  • Effective level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible daytime hours and Saturday’s when needed
  • High School degree.
  • Starting pay is $19-$21/hr
  • Pay is determined by experience, skill, education, and other factors
  • Able to enroll in benefits after 60-day new hire probation period
