Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Romeoville, IL. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budget management, coordinating with subcontractors, managing project timelines, supervising site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with clients, engineers, and design teams to meet project goals effectively.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Construction Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Strong skills in Project Management and Project Coordination
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial tracking for construction projects
  • Knowledgeable in Construction Management practices, including compliance and safety standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for team coordination and client interaction
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in residential and commercial construction will be an advantage
