The Auto Club Group in Lockport, IL is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members and drive satisfaction and sales for memberships and travel products. This on-site, full-time role may include Saturday shifts, with hours 7:30AM–6:00PM and a weekly schedule that includes a day off during the week.
You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, process payments, and support branch goals while maintaining accuracy and a people-first service mindset.
