We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineering Technician who enjoys solving complex technical problems and working with advanced electronic systems. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and precision.
What You’ll Be Doing Troubleshooting, Repair & Calibration- Diagnose and repair PCB assemblies down to the component level using schematics and advanced test equipment
- Perform calibration, final assembly, and functional testing of precision instruments
- Service and repair customer-returned equipment to restore full operational performance
- Maintain accurate repair logs, production records, and inventory tracking
- Follow established manufacturing and quality assurance procedures
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Communicate with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support
- Work closely with engineering, production, sales, and purchasing teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across departments
- Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military/technical training
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in electronics troubleshooting and repair
- Strong understanding of electronic theory and circuitry
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and standard software tools
- SMT soldering/de‑soldering experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
