Essential Purpose of Position
Responsible for calling all Roomplace customers when the orders are available in the warehouse or scheduled to be delivered to the warehouse. As part of a team, resolve delivery issues in the best interests of the customer and the Company.
Essential Responsibilities of Position- Scheduling deliveries from the backlog.
- Working the system reports for merchandise availability, calling all customers to coordinate deliveries.
- Receiving and working as part of a team to resolve incoming calls from drivers and customers to resolve delivery difficulties using system tools.
- Working any emails from the Delivery Dept. for oversold merchandise incoming.
- Backup all incoming Customer Loyalty phone calls as needed.
