Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT systems to support the business, acting as the primary internal technology resource and the liaison to external technology vendors.
- Software Systems Administration
- Administer Salesforce, Microsoft Business Central, , Adobe
- Process User Activation and Deactivation
- Improve system data infrastructure, controls, reporting, and dashboards
- Manage system integrations and maintenance
- Review and approve billing
- Coordinate with IT Managed Service Provider
- Personnel Onboarding and Offboarding
- Review, assess, and resolve monthly maintenance reports
- Review and approve billing
- Improve security and implement new procedures
- Monitor system monitoring emails, coordinate with users and service provider
- Manage accounts with other technology hardware/service vendors
- Manage maintenance and user onboarding/offboarding
- Review/approve bills and submit to Accounting for processing
Hardware Management - Procure equipment such as computers, monitors, peripherals
- Maintain list of devices and monitor aging equipment
- Transition equipment between users and set up equipment for new users
- 0-2 years professional experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in technology or related field
- Ability to learn technology applications efficiently
- Intense focus on systems integrity and controls
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multitask
