Job Purpose
The Customer Solutions Coordinator will serve as the internal point of contact for resolving issues outside normal operations, coordinate workflow across departments, manage administrative and research tasks, and focus on KPIs to identify larger operational trends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Identify issues with root cause analysis and maintain issue logs for KPI tracking.
- Improve efficiency by troubleshooting complex problems and coordinating with different departments to reach resolutions.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to assist with research issues and ensure resolution.
- Analyze current SOPs and aid in the development of continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams.
- Act as an SME for the customer‑facing Account Management team to drive effective and timely resolutions for customer satisfaction.
- Oversee priority requests and manage communication flow with internal teams to meet projected completion timelines.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Business Solutions Supervisor or Manager.
- Serve as a company resource focused on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to enter data in logistics software.
- Excellent problem‑solving and resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask.
- Detail oriented.
- General office management experience.
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- High school education required; some college or college degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
- Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; compute rates, ratios, and percent; interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning ability: solve practical problems, interpret instructions, determine "root cause" of a problem, and recommend corrective action.
- Computer skills: knowledge of business operating systems, internet software, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Use phone systems and keyboards.
- Speak in front of others and over telephone.
- Work in an indoor office environment: sit and use repetitive hand motions.
- Talk, hear, stand, walk, and sometimes work over 8 continuous hours when required.
- Maintain accuracy under stressful situations; concentrate on multiple tasks.
- Have 20/20 corrected vision.
- Be in sound physical health; no controlled substances.
