• Oversee all operations during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and set an example for the crew.
  • Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image and standards, customer service, attendance, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
• General duties for all store team members: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process orders, take inventory and paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily.
• Essential functions/skills: accurate math, correct monetary change, verbal/written communication, computer keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency, navigation, and coordination while carrying items.
• Working conditions:
  
  varying temperatures, weather exposure, fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, mechanical parts, and travel between store and delivery vehicle.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing, walking, sitting, lifting loads up to 50 lbs, carrying items, pushing/pulling equipment, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving within a designated area.

Many team members start as delivery drivers and progress to assistant manager, general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations roles.
