Production Associate - Garment​/Linen​/Bulk Product Folder - 2nd Shift

Overview

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. The role contributes to maintaining a clean work area. This position uses a performance-based incentive pay structure, with compensation tied to meeting or exceeding folding production standards.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $15.75 - $18.38 per hour. The range accounts for factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
