Production ERP Coordinator

Lockport Steel (LS) is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Production ERP Coordinator to join our steel fabrication team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate workflow management, documentation control, and the smooth distribution of CNC files and ERP data throughout our shop.

• Gain proficiency quickly with our steel fabrication ERP system
• Serve as the key link between production teams and ERP workflow
• Walk production areas to monitor, document, and support fabrication activities
• Resolve ERP‑related issues and ensure team members receive needed documentation
• Prepare and distribute ERP reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager
• Support company safety program documentation and processes

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years working with a manufacturing ERP system
• Experience with Tekla Power Fab or similar software preferred
• Strong communication skills; assertive and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative production setting
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to follow tasks through without daily oversight
• High School Degree or Equivalent;
  Associates or Bachelors degree a plus
• Ability to manage multiple requests professionally and efficiently
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
