The Machine Operator performs set‑ups, makes minor adjustments, and operates packaging equipment. They identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality per customer requirements, perform wash and changeover of equipment, and work with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.

• Perform accurate set‑ups on equipment in preparation for particular product runs.
• Operate equipment and adjust as necessary to ensure it operates correctly and meets quality specifications.
• Inspect and test packages, and document results to ensure quality compliance.
• Stage and check required materials for quick and accurate change‑overs in production.
• Complete and assemble all required documentation associated with the position.
• Maintain the work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledgeable in GMPs and the HACCP program or willing to learn.
• Sufficient math skills to calculate quantities of material required for orders.
• Good organizational and communication skills to prioritize work and communicate changes to line workers.
• Ability to handle small tools.
• Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Preferred ability to read and write in English.

• Manufacturing environment: exposure to a variety of machines, noise levels, and varying temperatures.
• Depending on the location, environments can be very warm or refrigerated.
• Team environment: must work well with others and communicate respectfully and professionally.
• Must stand up to 80% of the scheduled time.
• Must lift 40 lbs unassisted and 40–75 lbs assisted.
• Must work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, across shifts.

Starting Pay: $21.15/hr a shift differential is offered for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities. Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment.
