Production Operator I – D Shift

Greif is a global leader in performance packaging. This role requires operating routine production machinery to produce specified parts within established tolerances.

• Operate routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
• Perform routine activities to produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with functional, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Maintain logs and records of units produced.
• Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.

$19.33 – $30.87 per hour. Competitive wage for new hires typically falls between $19.38 and $21.38. Short‑term incentive may also be available.
