This Electro-Mechanical Technician role is a hands‑on position supporting assembly and production of electronic and mechanical components. You will be responsible for building, inspecting, and ensuring quality of assemblies while working closely with production and engineering teams.

• Perform SMT and through‑hole soldering on circuit boards.
• Complete electro‑mechanical assembly, including box builds.
• Assemble wire, cable, and harness components.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical assemblies for defects.
• Prepare materials for assembly (cutting, stripping, wiring, kitting).
• Read and follow work instructions, schematics, BOMs, and engineering drawings.
• Use hand and small power tools to complete assemblies.
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
• Support additional production tasks as needed.

• High school diploma, GED, or technical diploma.
• 3+ years of electro‑mechanical assembly or related experience (or military training).
• Ability to solder and rework fine‑pitch SMT components.
• Strong ability to read schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools.
