Material Management:
Keep machine hoppers consistently filled with necessary raw materials to prevent downtime.;
Production Line Support:
Run molding and assembly lines, perform color/material changes, and handle general cell support functions.;
Inventory Control:
Weigh raw materials/WIP, complete transfer tickets, and record resin, colorant, and slip lot numbers.;
Equipment Maintenance &
Housekeeping: Clean dryers, grinders, and blenders after jobs; set up scales; make/close boxes; keep Gaylords covered to prevent contamination.;
Scrap & Quality Tracking:
Log all scrapped parts, purging, and production updates on shift reports.
