As an Automotive Sales Professional, you'll guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Present and demonstrate Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Stay current on new models, features, and technology
- Present financing, warranties, GAP, service contracts, and other finance and protection products
- Assist customers with credit applications and complete sales documentation
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text
- Partner with our Business Development Center (BDC) to maximize appointments and sales
- Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
- Experience presenting finance and protection products is preferred
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and customer-focused
- Valid driver's license
