Position Summary
The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, pallet building, and general facility maintenance. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations through accurate inventory handling, safe equipment use, and efficient order processing.
A valid Class C Driver's License is requiredas this position includes occasional part-time driving duties to cover employee absences.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and scan incoming packages and materials.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Prepare, build, and wrap pallets for outgoing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jack and forklift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with warehouse, office, and building maintenance as needed.
- Support shipping documentation and inventory control processes.
- part-time driver when needed to cover absences and deliveries.
- Class C Driver's License is required (must be valid and in good standing).
- Clean driving record.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a forklift and electric pallet jack (certification a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
