Truck Driver Class C

Position Overview

Ryder is hiring a Class C Truck Driver in Lockport, IL. This full-time position offers weekly pay and is available Monday–Friday.

• Average weekly pay: $1100
• Hours per week: 48 hours
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, start time 5:30 AM
• Paid training included

• Safely drive a straight truck on dedicated home‑daily routes in IL, IN, MI
• Follow federal and state regulations and company safety policies
• Complete accurate logs and documentation
• Assist with loading/unloading freight if required
• Maintain vehicle inspections and report issues

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum 6 months verifiable driving experience with similarly equipped vehicles (Class
  
  C)
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a Ryder drug test, background check, DOT physical, and road test
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply applicable laws, rules, and regulations
