This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our Amerisource Bergen business.

Pay Details: $24.50/hr including shift differential

Shift Details: Full-Time | Night Shift | Sunday 5:00 pm until completion;
Monday - Thursday from 6:00 pm until completion.

• Responsible for receiving, picking and staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory organization, management, and control
• Verifies merchandise received against shipment records; inspects and reports discrepancies or defects
• Stocks shelves and ensures materials are placed in designated areas
• May use a radio-frequency (RF) device for picking, packing, or inventory tasks
• Assembles customer orders by pulling items from shelves and placing them in totes for packing and shipping
• Enters orders, returns, and related data into the computer system
• Inspects returned items and returns merchandise to proper shelf locations
• Completes daily inventory counts accurately and investigates discrepancies
• Assists with inventory procedures as needed
• May perform controlled substance picking, stocking, replenishment, and order fulfillment in a cage/vault or refrigerated environment
• May operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other motorized equipment to move inventory
• May assist in training new associates
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education; one (1) plus years of work experience.

• Ability to read and understand English to compare product descriptions, names, and shelf labels
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build cooperative working relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of DC workflow and ability to work with minimal guidance
• Maintains a clean work area to keep merchandise clean and prevent work-related injuries
• Uses good judgment to follow detailed instructions
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory when needed
• Team-oriented with effective communication and problem-solving skills
• May require certification to operate power equipment at high levels (20’–40’) such as reach trucks, picker machines, and forklifts, while complying with safety and OSHA standards
• May require hazmat training certification
• Maintains appropriate attendance standards
• Ability to train and assist associates as needed
