The role supports the preparation of shipments and/or receipt of product.

• Prepare ware for shipment
• Prepare ware for storage in warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse
• Demonstrate the Berlin Values: strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity, and profitable results
• Perform other tasks as required

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
• Strong work ethic and capacity to learn
• Positive attitude and contribution to team culture
• Self‑motivated, reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation
• Adherence to safe work practices
• Computer literate

Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45 lbs through the warehouse environment.
