A Warehouse Associate II will perform entry‑level warehouse operations including one or more of the following: shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory control, cycle counting, pop pick or will call. Responsible for all warehouse operations, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse environment and equipment. All S&S Activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.

They will primarily be working in our Pop Pick stations.

$21.12 per hour

Monday - Friday (2:30 PM - 11 PM) Full‑Time, Non‑Exempt

ONSITE: 16427 W. Prologis Parkway - Lockport, IL 60441

• The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently and accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
• Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
• Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, broken or unidentified packages to the supervisor.
• Operate machinery including forklift, pallet jack, and stock chaser.
• Contribute to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Assist with other warehouse or branch duties as needed.
