Part-Time Warehouse Machine Operator - Restock Driver; SAT-SUN

About the Role

The Part Time Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for product transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.

$22.15 hourly

Saturday-Sunday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM), Part-time, Non-exempt

• Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role (forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, stock chaser (cart), pallet jack, scanners, tablets and company WMS).
• Perform and complete daily safety inspection checklist for all equipment used.
• Maintain productivity minimum requirements (CPH) and work with a sense of urgency.
• Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas.
• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software.
• Act professionally and remain focused while working.
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment.
• Follow directions of leadership.
• Perform cleaning activities as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• High school diploma.
• Must be in good standing with the company.
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets and labels written in English.
• Ability to use electronic devices.
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Ability to prioritize assignments to meet cut-off times.
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to learn or be trained on using power equipment (order picker, reach truck, stock chaser, pallet jack, electric pallet jack, forklift, etc.).
• Willing to perform other duties as required.
• Able to work overtime if required.

Must be able to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps, safety vest). PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment.

In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8 hour shift. The position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.
