Provide direct interaction with all team members involved in Decanting, Restock, Case Picking, Shortages, and internal product transfers. As Decant and Restock Supervisor, you coach employees by establishing suitable goals and action plans, delegating, providing ongoing guidance, and ensuring they follow the organization’s policies and procedures. You also enforce guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook and maintain compliance with all warehouse operations.

Salaried: $54,000 – $64,000 (based on experience). Monday – Friday, 4:30 am – 2:00 pm. Full‑time, exempt.

• Monitor decant and restock progress throughout the shift to ensure daily goals are achieved.
• Ensure all associates are trained and following all standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all workflow is continuous throughout the shift.
• Track and present individual performance daily, weekly, and monthly to each associate.
• Audit and coach associates on the decant and restock processes.
• Process internal product transfers in a timely manner en route to other DCs within the S&S network.
• Provide support and guidance in the shortage process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the decant, restock, and pop pick induction stations.
• Manage the progressive disciplinary process, including counseling, oral, and written warnings.
• Handle general employee inquiries and solve problems promptly.
• Hold daily employee kickoff meetings.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety is always a priority.

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center).
• Excellent interpersonal, team‑building, delegating, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, especially Windows, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Good interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
• Partner with HR to ensure accurate recording of employee time punches and submission of time‑off requests.
• Provide effective, constructive, and appropriate feedback to foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Consistently support compliance by maintaining confidentiality, protecting assets, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non‑compliance, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
• Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report them; cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations.

Work includes prolonged computer use, regular walking in the warehouse, and driving a stock chaser. Moderate hand‑eye coordination, near and far vision, and hearing are required.

The job is performed entirely in the S&S Activewear warehouse where conditions range from warm to cool. Noise levels are moderate.…
