Pay & ShiftsPay: $22.00 - $25.00/hr shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift.
Incentives- Attendance Incentive – up to $2400 bonus for good attendance.

- Certified/Qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers receive an additional $0.50/hr.

Job PurposeMaintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping; ensure all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly. Perform duties to provide material handling services for warehouse shipping and receiving activities. Ensure that Material Handlers are operating forklift and walk‑rider safety equipment in accordance with all safety policies and procedures. This position reports to a shift supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Properly receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
- Operate WMS, QMS, and RF scanners; apply Lean warehousing principles.
- Pull and stage parts for production and complete requisitions for parts shortages.
- Collect and properly package inventory and purchased items needing shipment.
- Comply with company safety policies while using lifting devices (forklifts and scissor lifts) and maintaining clean initiative standards.
- Learn day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
- Verify orders are complete and accurate.
- Pick each customer order efficiently to minimize shipping costs and ensure product safety.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Possess a sense of urgency, accountability, and work with limited supervision.
- Understand computers and handheld RF equipment.
- Work as part of a team and (potentially) lead.
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Pay attention to detail and quality.
- Use good communication, concise problem‑resolution, and people skills.
- Be flexible with overtime and cover other shifts when needed.
- Possess PC skills.
- Have major experience on sit‑down forklifts and walk‑riders.
- Build pallets with stock and break down stock to fill independent orders.
- Experience in cross‑docking freight process.
- Work in a fast‑paced warehouse.
- 2–4 years in a warehouse environment.
- Good stable work and attendance record.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Warehousing certifications a plus.
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and customers.
- Communicate, read, write, and speak English competently.
- Add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Compute rates, ratios, and percentages; draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
- Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Determine root causes of problems and devise corrective actions.
- Knowledge of business operating systems, Internet software, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- Stand on feet for full shift (8 hours).
- Work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
- Maintain sound physical health as determined by a licensed physician with no evidence of controlled‑substance use.
- Sparse exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles.
- Noisy environment ranges from quiet to moderately loud.
