Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a Forklift Operator I to prep shipments, load, unload product, and support general warehouse operations using warehouse equipment.

• Operate forklift, hand truck/warehouse carts, pallet jack, and/or other equipment in a professional and safe manner
• Organize and prepare customer orders with high quality and accuracy
• Transfer supplies from department to department to meet production or shipping demand
• Properly store and label all materials and finished product
• Prepare billing processes and paperwork for warehouse and drop‑ship orders
• Record transactions via computer in ERP system
• Perform cycle counting as required
• Notify leadership of non‑compliant ware
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to cGMP standards
• Comply with all ISO standards
• Support company and branch metrics
• Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values
• Other tasks as required

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Prior warehouse and forklift operator experience strongly preferred
• Required to take and pass the Company Forklift Certification program; failure to pass results in termination
• Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with high attention to detail
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to learn
• Positive attitude and contribution to a positive team culture
• Self‑motivated, reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation
• Basic computer skills
