Arch Telecom’s Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are the first focus, building meaningful connections with customers and recommending device and service solutions.

What

you’ll do in your role?
  • Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store.
  • Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
  • Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and emerging Internet of Things devices.
  • Keep the store operating at its best at all times.
  • Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
  • Become proficient in digital tools for customer onboarding and interaction, such as coverage maps and service planning.
  • Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
  • Build relationships and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small‑business leads.
  • Develop strong peer relationships, holding each other accountable for the company’s success.
  • Enjoy a positive work environment while delivering first‑class customer experience.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
