Role Description

As an Insurance Account Representative for The Dan Schmidt Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Current NYS Property and Casualty License required.
  • Current NYS Life, Accident, and Health preferred.
