1st Shift

Join a stable manufacturing team supporting 24/7 extrusion operations. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, hydraulic systems, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other industrial machinery to minimize downtime and keep production moving.

• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Maintain motors, bearings, gearboxes, and pumps
• Support two 24/7 extrusion lines
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
• Recommend equipment reliability improvements

• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Hydraulic repair and maintenance experience
• Experience with industrial equipment and machinery
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
• PM, lubrication, and equipment service experience

• PLCs and HMI interfaces
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Extrusion, conveyor, mixer, or similar manufacturing equipment
• Welding and fabrication
• Automotive or heavy equipment mechanic expertise

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockport, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
