Subcontractor Opening:
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Independent Pressure Washing Subcontractor to handle post-construction exterior surface cleaning for new residential builds. This role focuses on preparing newly constructed homes for final builder walkthroughs and home buyer handoffs.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities- Concrete & Hardscape Washing: Pressure wash driveways, garage floors, patios, walkways, and sidewalks to eliminate post-construction dirt, mud, slurry, and debris.
- Property Perimeter Cleaning: Clean exterior perimeters, foundation walls, and entryways while taking proper care around new landscaping and building materials.
- Quality & Efficiency: Deliver clean, streak-free surfaces efficiently to meet project deadlines and turnover schedules.
- Experience: Proven professional pressure washing experience (experience with new construction sites preferred).
- Own Equipment: Must provide commercial-grade pressure washing equipment, including high-PSI/GPM pressure washers, surface cleaners, hoses, extension wands, and reliable job site transport (truck/trailer).
- Required Insurance (Non-Negotiable):
- General Liability (GL) Insurance
- Workers' Compensation Insurance (or state-compliant waiver if applicable)
- Transportation & Independence: Valid driver's license, reliable work vehicle, and ability to operate independently on active construction sites.
- Employment Type: Subcontractor / Independent Contractor (1099)
- Location / Coverage Area: [Insert Primary Cities / Counties]
- Schedule: Project-based / Flexible (Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays)
- Compensation: Per-job / Square-footage rate.
