Job Description

Position Responsibilities- Deliver and sustain training initiatives and programs that drive retention, employee engagement and business performance, utilizing hands‑on training, classroom, on‑the‑job, e‑learning and virtual formats.
- Develop documentation and materials to support learning and coach other trainers.
- Support talent pipeline and leadership development programs with a commitment to inclusion.
- Coordinate and track training plans for associates covering safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Train and develop training team leads and line trainers.
- Provide onboarding support to new leaders and support functions.
- Develop and report on measurements related to onboarding, retention and development.
- Collaborate with leaders in the creation and reporting of metrics that demonstrate business impact.
- Partner with leaders and support functions to deliver solutions for business problems and strategic impacts, participating in the tiered management system as a business partner and using preferred problem‑solving tools and methodologies.
- Coach and train others across the operation involved in hands‑on training, orientation and onboarding.
- Knowledge and experience with lean, safety and quality manufacturing concepts, processes and workforce training methods.
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent education and/or experience) in manufacturing, training, lean, continuous improvement, industrial safety, HR, or instructional design.
- Minimum of 3 years manufacturing, logistics or industrial experience, including 2 years with training or coaching responsibilities.
- Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Understanding of adult learning, on‑the‑job training and instructional design techniques.
- A customer‑centric approach to work.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
$62,960.00 - $94,440.00
