M&M Recycling is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Locust Grove team. This position plays a key role in maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment used in our scrap metal operations. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, self‑motivated, and experienced working with large machinery in an industrial yard setting.

• Perform welding, fabrication, and repair work on dumpsters and heavy equipment such as shredders, cranes, shear cranes, balers, and excavators
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and structural components
• Work safely and efficiently in outdoor and industrial environments
• Communicate and coordinate repairs with maintenance and operations teams

• Minimum 3 years of welding and equipment repair experience
  , preferably in heavy industry or scrap metal
• Ability to work independently
• Strong understanding of safety practices and industrial repair standards

Typical Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 730am‑5pm and Sat 8a‑12p (and as needed when equipment is down after hours)
