This is a part-time, on-site position for a Sales Leader at the Ann Taylor Loft Outlet Store located in Locust Grove, GA. The Sales Leader will oversee daily sales operations, support the team by providing coaching and guidance, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales in alignment with company goals. Key duties include assisting customers, conducting sales transactions, contributing to training efforts, and supporting store management in achieving sales objectives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance knowledge and skillsets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Prior retail or sales experience is strongly preferred.
