Aerie - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

Your Role

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of the brand, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset. (We will teach you everything you need to know.)
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, offering suggestions that fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO Loyalty Program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can adapt to any zone within the store – Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom – and flex your skills as needed.
• You are an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You are a team player and always willing to assist your team in getting the job done.
• You perform with integrity, always doing the right thing and following AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop, especially evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have worked in retail before.
• You are at least 16 years old.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
• Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, type, location, employment classification, and years of service.
