American Eagle is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to partner with the Store Leadership Team and drive exceptional guest experiences while hitting KPIs.
You lead by example on the Sales floor and Fitting Room, recruit and train associates, and inspire the team to deliver AEO's service standards. You ensure daily operations run smoothly and uphold safety and Asset Protection guidelines. This role requires flexibility to work busy shifts and a passion for our AE and Aerie brands.
