Crane Operator - M&M Recycling
At M&M Recycling, you're part of a team that values safety, hard work, and doing the job right. We run a fast-paced scrap yard, and we need experienced operators who can keep it moving. APPLY TODAY if you want a solid, long-term role.
Responsibilities- Run scrap yard cranes (grapple, magnet, shear)
- Load scrap into balers and equipment
- Sort and stage materials in the yard
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily
- Communicate with ground crew for safe moves
- 5+ years crane experience (scrap or similar)
- Experience with grapple and magnet required
- Shear experience is a plus
- Strong safety mindset
- Reliable and team-oriented
- $20 to $24 per hour
- Paid time off + holidays
- Full-time, steady work
