We are seeking a Staff Accountant (on-site role) to join our small but mighty team of 5 in accounting.

Responsibilities include:

handling AP/AR and vendor/customer payments; maintaining GAAP‑compliant accounting records; preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements; supporting audits and ensuring internal controls; filing sales, use, payroll, and other tax returns; providing financial reports and analysis for leadership.

• 3+ years in accounting
• Good knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Degree in accounting/finance (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in accounting systems (Quick Books or other software)
