Seasonal Tax Preparer position with potential for long-term opportunity within Fiesta Auto Insurance. This role focuses on preparing accurate, compliant tax returns for individuals and small business owners while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Preparing Federal and State individual tax returns accurately and efficiently
• Reviewing client information and documentation for completeness
• Explaining deductions, credits, and refund outcomes clearly
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
• Providing basic tax-saving guidance
• Managing client files through Fiesta’s tax software
• Promoting other Fiesta services (insurance, DMV, and notary)
• Supporting a positive, team-oriented culture

We’re looking for professionals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow.

• 3+ years of individual tax preparation experience
• Knowledge of Schedule C (self-employment) returns
• CTEC Registered Tax Preparer and Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Expertise with individual Federal and State tax forms
• Excellent communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish)
• Quick learner, comfortable using tax software and online tools
• Available during Operating Hours M-F 8:45-7:00, Saturday 9:45-5:00

• Background in customer service, sales, or financial services
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Hourly rate: $19–$22, based on experience and qualifications
