Construction Manager – Commercial Construction Projects, Hospitals

Responsibilities

• Provide complete project field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations
• Champion of project safety and implement Site-Specific Safety Plan
• Create, maintain, and accurately report Project Schedule
• Oversee site construction activities and manage project constraints
• Coordinate installation between trades and drive trade partner progress
• Attend project update meetings and report on overall project health
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage permit closeouts

• At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction (higher education, healthcare)
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera)
• Team Player
