A supporto del team di post-vendita siamo alla ricerca di risorse da inserire nel ruolo di Help Desk per la sede di Lodi.
Il TeamLe risorse verranno inserite nel team post-vendita dedicato allo sviluppo degli applicativi della suite dedicata alla gestione del personale.
RuoloLe figure assisteranno da remoto i clienti nell'utilizzo di Paghe Infinity, software per l'elaborazione delle buste paga, rispondendo alle loro richieste di supporto pervenute tramite contatto telefonico, via email o mediante sistema di ticketing dedicato.
ObiettiviL’obiettivo sarà quello di erogare e garantire un servizio di assistenza tempestivo e di qualità.
