Century Assembly is prayerfully seeking a Century Kids Lead (Part-Time). This role is a calling to help children grow in faith and experience the joy of following Jesus in a safe and engaging environment.

The RoleCentury Kids Lead (Part-Time) partners with the Children’s Director and Visioneers to create a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children from infants through 6th grade can encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and build meaningful relationships. This role helps lead ministry experiences, support volunteers, and foster spiritual growth in the next generation.
Schedule Required Ministry Hours- Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- A growing, Spirit-filled follower of Jesus who aligns with Century Assembly’s mission, vision, and values.
- Passionate about helping children know and follow Jesus.
- Experience serving in children’s ministry, education, childcare, or volunteer leadership preferred.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- Reliable, organized, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Demonstrates spiritual maturity, servant leadership, and a commitment to ministry excellence.
- Lives a life of personal integrity, humility, and spiritual maturity.
- Models moral excellence in behavior, decision-making, and leadership.
- Demonstrates emotional and relational intelligence with all people.
- Champions encouragement, accountability, and clarity.
- Has zero tolerance for gossip or toxic communication.
- Leads with humility and professionalism, fostering a Christ-honoring culture.
- Experience in children’s ministry leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for discipling children in Christ.
- Bachelor’s degree in Children’s Ministry, Christian Education, or 3-5 years of experience in related field.
- Completion of fingerprinting & Mandated Reporter training.
