- Execute engineering experiments, process development activities, and validation studies to support new product introductions and continuous improvement of existing assembly processes.
- Coordinate and support engineering, validation, and component testing activities by working closely with cross-functional teams including raw material supply, manufacturing, and test engineering groups.
- Analyze results, document findings, and provide recommendations for process improvements, procedures, protocols, and equipment performance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automation Technician, Process Engineering Technician, R&D Technician, or in a similar manufacturing support role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting engineering experiments, process development, equipment troubleshooting, validation activities, and operation of automated manufacturing equipment in a production or development environment.
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience supporting process development, validation activities, and automated assembly equipment in a biomedical device or other regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with plastic components, component testing, and data collection/analysis to support engineering investigations and process improvements.
The annual salary range is $81,500.00 to $95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
