We are seeking qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills.

Domino's Pizza offers rapid career advancement from customer service representative to management and franchise ownership.

• Minimum age 16 for in‑store work; 18 for delivery.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required for delivery positions.
• Ability to operate equipment, use a computer or touch screen, perform basic math.

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and assemble orders.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Provide correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
• Take and process orders over the phone and in person.
• Make accurate change and complete transactions.

• Perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
• Show verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands.
• Enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying temperatures, weather, food odors, and cornmeal dust.
• Work in cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking:
  Walk on ceramic tile/linoleum; work surfaces 36‑48” high; short distances and durations.
• Sitting:
  Complete paperwork at desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Unload bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs); stack cases up to 72”.
• Carrying:
  Large cans (~3 lbs), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of dough (≈12 lbs). Carrying over short distances.
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Move trays on dollies; push up to 7.5 lbs.
• Climbing:
  Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders.
• Bending:
  Forward bending at pizza assembly station; repeated 30‑45 seconds per occurrence.
• Stretching/Reaching:
  Perform upward, downward, forward reaches; up to 72” high; wheelchair or tray interactions.

• Deliver product by car to customer locations.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate delivery area, multi‑story buildings, private homes.
• Drive safely with a clean record.
• Maintain insured vehicle.
