Mortgage Loan Originator Training

Generations Home Loans in Seattle seeks a Mortgage Loan Originator to guide borrowers through home purchase and refinance loans. In this client-focused role, you will learn our products, contact warm leads, assess borrower needs, collect documentation, and present tailored mortgage solutions with clear, compliant explanations. You'll manage loans from application through closing while delivering transparent communication and outstanding service. Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and advise borrowers on home purchase and refinance loan options
• Conduct detailed mortgage needs assessments and collect required borrower documentation
• Present loan scenarios, rate options, and costs clearly and compliantly
• Manage loan pipeline from application through closing, coordinating with processors and underwriters
• Maintain accurate records in LOS/CRM systems and adhere to all lending regulations
• Participate in provided training and mentorship to build mortgage product and sales expertise
• Develop and nurture referral relationships with real estate agents and other partners
• Deliver high-touch, client-focused service with timely updates and proactive communication
