Generations Home Loans, a client-focused mortgage lender in Seattle, seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer to drive warm referral and new business production. In this role, you'll guide borrowers through the full mortgage process, from initial consultation to closing, providing clear, educational support on purchase and refinance products. You'll manage a pipeline, structure and submit complete files, and collaborate with processors, underwriters, and referral partners.

Responsibilities
- Originate and manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans from warm referrals and self-generated leads
- Consult with borrowers to assess financial profiles and match them with appropriate loan products
- Explain loan options, rates, fees, and the end-to-end mortgage process in clear, client-friendly terms
- Collect, analyze, and submit complete loan files to processing and underwriting in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure on-time, accurate closings
- Maintain detailed records in LOS/CRM systems and stay compliant with federal, state, and investor guidelines
- Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other referral partners
- Stay current on mortgage products, guidelines, and market trends to provide informed guidance
- Meet or exceed production, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
- Deliver client-focused service aligned with Generations Home Loans' values of integrity and transparency

- Mortgage loan origination
