Product Insights Analyst, Consultant

Your Role

The Product Strategy Insights Analytics team supports the Product Strategy and marketing team with analytical and financial modeling for product development activities for Blue Shield of California. The Product Insights Analyst, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Product Strategy Insights Analytics. The team provides valuable insights to strategists to devise strategies and supports work to make healthcare affordable through data analysis, cost of healthcare modeling and forecasting in a healthcare environment.

The role includes developing insights into healthcare costs, trends, utilization and risks to support strategic decision making. In this role, you will translate stakeholder business problems into end-to-end analytic solutions-gathering requirements, wire framing models or dashboards, and building statistical models. You'll lead complex analytics to uncover performance drivers, identify trends, and forecast outcomes.
