Job Overview
The Sr. IT Client Services Support Specialist is responsible for providing on‑site IT support for the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization, business, manufacturing, and lab environments s role supports regulated applications and systems, manages IT assets and inventory, coordinates facilities and logistics teams, and provides Level 1 backup support to ensure continuity of operations and compliance with IT Client Services Support (ITCS) standards.
LocationLodi, California. This is an on‑site role.
Responsibilities- Provide on‑site support for administration, mobility, procurement, and IT operations.
- Support manufacturing, labs, systems, and applications.
- Coordinate facilities, logistics, asset management, inventory, compliance, and e‑waste processes.
- Strong experience supporting Windows and Mac systems in on‑site IT operations within manufacturing, labs, and mobility environments.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, imaging systems, Active Directory, and peripheral issues.
- 2+ years of experience with end‑user hardware, peripherals deployment, network support, MFP printer administration, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with onsite inventory management and asset lifecycle processes.
Physical Requirements
- 35 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs and bend or deploy IT equipment under and over the desk.
- Experience supporting network, cloud (AWS), and management.
The hourly range for this role is $33.36 to $38.46
. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
