Pacific Coast Producers (PCP) is a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, seeking an experienced and innovative maintenance technician to join its team at its Distribution Center (DC) in Lodi, CA. The Distribution Center is a 1.5m sq. ft. packaging, labeling and distribution facility with approximately 400 employees. The DC operation supports both retail and food service customers and labels, cases, and ships nationwide approximately 50 million cases every year. Pay & BenefitsPay Rate: $40.00 per hour. Full-time, on-site role (40 hours per week) with occasional weekend and overtime hours as needed. Part of a seniority-based collective bargaining unit and requires work on various shifts.

Job OverviewThe Maintenance Technician – Print Label Systems ensures the operation of print systems within the DC, including
- Responsible for proper maintenance, operation, repair, and overhaul of print systems under applicable management or leadership.
- Maintains, cleans, and repairs all print systems and equipment without direct supervision.
- Maintains databases of online computer systems, including troubleshooting and repair of relevant networking and serial communications.
- Repairs and maintains circuit boards and conducts systems testing using electrical circuit instrumentation and other relevant equipment.
- Adjusts systems to maintain high print quality and scannable barcodes.
- Installs and maintains applicable guide rails and guards.
- Reliable and able to maintain excellent attendance.
- Relevant (5+ years) industrial maintenance experience.
- Self‑motivated individual who strives for excellence.
- Committed to safety and food safety, including use of appropriate PPE.
- Able to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Utilizes communication skills to interact with colleagues and internal customers.
