The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Laboratory Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lodi , CA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Title: Laboratory Production Associate
Location:Lodi , CA
Pay Rate:$23 - $26.35/hr
Duration: 1 Year
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM (4×10-hour shifts)
- Support Bulk Buffer, Reagents, and Bead production laboratory operations in a controlled environment.
- Perform bulk buffer formulation, bead dropping using a beadulator, bead loading/unloading from lyophilizers, bead sieving, aliquoting, and labeling.
- Perform pH and conductivity testing using established laboratory procedures.
- Follow cGMP/cGLP requirements, SOPs, and applicable FDA/ISO standards.
- Complete real-time documentation to support right-first-time (RFT) manufacturing.
- Monitor laboratory equipment and
* heighten* equipment issues, defects, and safety concerns. - Maintain reagent and equipment inventory and laboratory housekeeping.
- Handle hazardous chemicals in accordance with applicable safety procedures.
- Support process improvement activities related to production efficiency, quality, and safety.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience,
or - Associate Degree/Technical Trade Degree with 0–1 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences preferred.

- Hazardous chemical handling in a laboratory/manufacturing environment
- Flexible availability for modified shifts, overtime, and weekends
